The following brothers have been sworn to uphold chapter and national bylaws under authority of a charter granted by National Headquarters as prescribed by The Law of Sigma Nu. The charter is a contract and covenant between the Chapter and General Fraternity. It imposes upon the membership an obligation to adhere to the principles of the “Legion of Honor” and all its policies.

Executive Council

Eminent Commander Porter Kaufman serves as the Eminent Commander of the Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Sigma Nu. Justin represents the values and vision collectively held by our brothers, and works with every officer to ensure our goals are met. He serves the fraternity by making certain that all of the members are held to our standards, while also leading our efforts for prosperity and success.

Lieutenant Commander Joseph Hobeika works hand-in-hand with our Eminent Commander to achieve our shared vision of a united and forward-thinking brotherhood. Carlos manages all internal operations and directs the works of our officers and their committees.

Treasurer  Nicholas Beem serves as the treasurer of the Fraternity. His main responsibility is to handle the Fraternity’s budget, collect dues, and ensure there are no financial issues.

Recorder Luke Crocker documents all information from our weekly chapters and distributes them to our brothers. By keeping up with all aspects of our chapter, Jay is able to maintain the integrity and focus of our organization.

Chaplain As Chaplain, John Seabolt is in charge of promoting and enhancing the sense of brotherhood that our fraternity values. Drew’s responsibilities include organizing retreats, planning brotherhood events, and fostering community within our chapter.

Marshal Jonny Sundermier guides new candidates as they progress towards becoming an initiate of Sigma Nu. Will’s duties include making sure all candidates have a deep knowledge of our fraternity’s history, values, and expectations. He is responsible for laying the foundation of brotherhood upon which our candidates will enter the fraternity.

Social Chairman Peter Halvorsen plans and organizes the social events of Sigma Nu. Alex is constantly working with other organizations and students on campus to provide a safe and entertaining social component to our chapter life. His primary responsibility is to provide opportunities for Sigma Nu to form strong relationships with our campus as Epsilon Sigma grows.

Recruitment Chairman Kevin Lechner and Peyton Randolf coordinates events throughout the year to attract new candidates to Sigma Nu. Logan and his committee strive to make sure that the Epsilon Sigma Chapter is constantly taking in gentleman and community leaders that best represent the values of Love, Honor, and Truth.

Housing Chairman Evan DeVine is our esteemed housing chairman, and he is responsible for the safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of our house. The Sigma Nu house is a symbol of our organization’s pride, and John works to ensure it is kept up to our high standards.

Philanthropy & Service Chairman Austin Rhea coordinates all philanthropic and service events hosted by Sigma Nu. Through his leadership, our members will learn the value and impact of community service.

Alumni Relations Chairman As the Chairman of Alumni Relations, William Trotman promotes communication between our chapter and our nationwide network of alumni. Lyon strives to create a culture of continuous involvement with the chapter beyond graduation, and does so by maintaining contact with our alums via our website, newsletter, and social media.

Risk Reduction Chairman/Sentinel As our Risk Reduction Chairman and Sentinel, Chris Timm ensures that all chapter events have the highest standards of safety while still enabling brothers and guests to have an enjoyable time.

LEAD Chairman William Baker provides the chapter opportunities to develop their leadership abilities through Sigma Nu’s award winning “Leadership Ethics Achievement Development” Program. He does this by organizing LEAD sessions and inviting guest speakers to enlighten the brothers on topics of leadership.

Scholarship Chairman Jakob Musicante ensures that all brothers and candidates strive for academic excellence. It is his goal to encourage the brothers of Sigma Nu to prosper in all scholarly endeavors, at Rhodes and beyond.

Intramurals Chairman Brandon Young oversees all athletic events in which the fraternity participates. This includes organizing intramural teams, planning practice schedules, and delegating team captains.
